PARISH MINISTRIES
WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR PARISHIONERS TO ENTER MORE FULLY INTO THE SPIRITUAL LIFE OF THE PARISH, EITHER THROUGH SERVICE, PRAYER OR MUSIC.

ALTAR SERVERS (Young men and women who serve at parish liturgies. Third grade and older.)
BAZAAR WORKERS (Men, women and young people who set up booths in the Church Hall with crafts, baked goods, food items and other sellable items to help raise funds for the Parish at the Christmas Bazaar.)
CATHECHISTS (Religious Education Teachers - Adults who teach our Faith to the young people of the Parish.)
CHOIR (Men and women who praise God in song by singing in the Church Choir at Sunday Mass, Funerals and Special Events.)
EUCHARIST MINISTERS (Men and women who asist in distribution of the Eucharist and who bring Communion to the sick and homebound)
FINANCE COUNCIL (Selected men and women of the parish who deal with parish finances for all parish needs.)
FUNERAL ACOLYTES (Adults who serve the parish by being Acolytes at Funeral Masses.)
GREETERS (Adults who greet parishioners at the doors of the church, distribute the Parish Bulletin and help straighten pew following Mass.)
KITCHEN ANGELS (Men and women who help bake, cook, set up, serve and clean-up parish functions that require food to be served.)
READERS - LECTORS (Assist in spiritual reading of scripture from the pulpit.)
CHURCH COLLECTION COUNTERS (Men and women who work on teams to count, record and deposit the weekly and special church collections.)
MERRY MAIDS (Women who serve by caring for the Rectory each week.)
PARISH COUNCIL (Adults who meet with the Pastor, Deacon, and Parish Staff to discuss Parish events and act as an Advisory Board.)
SPECIAL EVENTS WORKERS (Men, women and youth who assist with special parish functions: Vacation Bible School, Scriptural Living Rosary, Minister Appreciation Day, etc.)
USHERS (Adults who escort parishioners to their seats and assist with the collection at the Offertory.)
YOUTH MINISTERS (Selected Junior and Senior High School students who received the Sacrament of Confirmation who serve as Extra-ordinary Ministers of the Eucharist at the Parish Youth Mass.)
